HOW WE GATHER INFORMATION FROM USERS

How we collect and store information depends on which areas of the App you are logging into, the activities in which you elect to engage, the services provided and your profile as a Client, Customer or Vytality Partners. Some examples include when you are asked to register your information to pay for Vytality at Homes services, or you will be asked to provide personal information when you register for access to the Vytality App. You also may be asked to provide consent for questionaries’ to be sent or consent to participate in studies that we are conducting. Like most Apps, Vytality at Home’s App also collects information automatically and through the use of electronic tools that may not be transparent to our visitors and members. For example, we may log the number of your Internet Service Provider or use technology to recognise you and hold information from your visit to the App.  The Vytality App may store a number of elements including, but not limited to your user name, password, email address, home address, phone number, lifestyle preferences and basic assessment information all of which will help you from having to re-enter that information each time you visit. As we adopt additional technology and evolve the Vytality at Home App, we may also gather information through other means. In certain cases, you can choose not to provide us with information, however you may be unable to access certain elements of the App or may be asked to re-enter your user name and password; and it is unlikely we will be able to customise the Apps’s functionality according to your preferences.
